They used these devices to attack the Interstellar Alliance shipping. Opposed to the idea of the Interstellar Alliance, in 2262 the Drakh used their devices to take control of a number of Centauri ships. In addition to the Centauri, they also attached a keeper to a member of the Mars resistance, and made contact with some Minbari. Attaching one of their keepers to the regent, they began to subtly influence Centauri society. A short time later the planet's self destruct program was triggered by Lyta Alexander, but the Drakh were able to evacuate the planet in time before it exploded. After the Shadows left the galaxy with the Vorlons and all the other First Ones the Drakh remained behind on Z'ha'dum.

The Drakh, also known as the ' Drakh Entire' were a hostile species that served as antagonists in the fifth season of Babylon 5.Īt some point in their history they had become a servant race of the Shadows, and had relocated to their homeworld of Z'ha'dum. They were ruthless, savage, but extremely bright. The kind you would use to frighten small children at night.
